Shandong Xinhai Mining Group is a mineral processing equipment manufacturer and EPC+M+O provider founded in 1997. From its 10,000-tonne-class works in Yantai, China, Xinhai tests ore, designs flowsheets, builds equipment in-house and delivers complete concentrators, having served 2,500+ mines and 600+ turnkey projects across 100+ countries.
Shandong Xinhai Mining Group Co., Ltd. has focused on mineral processing since 1997. Over more than 30 years it has grown from an equipment manufacturer into a single-source partner that takes a project from an ore sample through to a running plant. Xinhai has served more than 2,500 mines, delivered over 600 EPC+M+O turnkey projects, and installed equipment in over 100 countries, with its deepest markets in Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Latin America.
One model: EPC+M+O
Xinhai works to an EPC+M+O model that covers the full life of a concentrator under one contract. Engineering means ore testing, mineralogy review, flowsheet selection and full plant design. Procurement means in-house manufacturing of the main process equipment plus sourcing of supporting items. Construction means civil coordination, installation and commissioning on site. Management and Operation means operator training, ramp-up support and help reaching design throughput and recovery. Buyers can engage the whole package or any single phase, and a client who needs only one machine still draws on the same engineering knowledge that informs our turnkey work. Treating the mine, the concentrator and the tailings facility as one system is the difference between buying a list of machines and receiving a balanced circuit that meets a recovery target.
A 10,000-tonne manufacturing base
Our manufacturing base in Yantai, Shandong is a 10,000-tonne-class works producing more than 1,000 equipment models in-house, from crushers, ball mills and flotation cells to gravity concentrators, magnetic separators, classifiers, thickeners, pumps and gold-extraction systems. The works fabricates large-scale units, including ball mills up to roughly seven meters in diameter, flotation cells up to about 320 cubic meters and thickeners up to around 100 meters across. Because equipment is built in-house rather than sourced from third parties, Xinhai controls quality, lead time and the consistency of the wear parts a buyer relies on for years. A 3,000 m2 test center and in-house R&D
Every project should start with the ore, not a catalog. Xinhai operates a 3,000 m2 mineral test center running bench-scale and pilot-scale programs to confirm mineralogy, grind size, reagent demand and recovery before any steel is cut. The same process engineers handle mine, concentrator and tailings design as connected problems: an under-ground grind wastes energy while an over-ground grind loses recovery, so the mill is sized to the liberation revealed by testwork. Planning tailings thickening, dewatering and water recovery alongside the concentrator keeps operating cost and site footprint under control, which matters to a project’s economics as much as the headline recovery rate.
Qualifications and credibility
Xinhai holds a Class-A Mining Engineering Contracting License, operates a CNAS-accredited laboratory, and manufactures to CE and ISO 9712 non-destructive-testing standards. These qualifications underpin the engineering, lab work and fabrication behind every project. Throughout, recoveries and grades are presented as typical, achievable ranges tied to a specific ore test rather than promised in advance, because every orebody is different.
Global delivery
With installations across more than 100 countries, Xinhai is built for export logistics, on-site construction, remote commissioning and the documentation overseas projects require. As a manufacturer it also offers OEM, ODM and buyer-label supply, so distributors and EPC contractors can specify equipment to their own requirements. To see how a complete plant comes together, read about our EPC+M+O services, review a representative gold processing solution, or browse recent project profiles. For an ore test, a flowsheet recommendation or an equipment quote, our team typically responds within about one working day.
